Making a booking…

We don’t mind at all – either book online or by telephone on 01493 731164.

The deposit of 20% is payable online or over the phone either by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and solo). The remaining balance is due 42 days before arrival. To pay your balance either click the link on your booking confirmation email, balance payment reminder email link or call one of our team on 01493 731164.

Gas, electricity, WIFI and bed linens are included with caravan bookings. Electricity, WIFI towels and bed linens provided in the chalet bookings. With both caravan holiday homes, and chalets guests have free use of the park facilities including, clubhouse entry and other activities on during the booking.

We allow dogs in specific holiday accommodation. Belle Aire is situated a short walk to the beach so there are plenty of walks from the park for you and your dog to enjoy.

Belle Aire Holiday Park caters for families, couples and friends but would ask for prior arrangement with one of our team if groups of all male, female or even mixed groups would like to book. From time to time we cater for groups from schools, clubs etc but again only with prior arrangement. If there is any doubt, please contact us to ensure your party is acceptable.

We will be pleased to arrange this for you subject to availability. Please be aware that although every endeavour is made to comply with your wish, sometimes circumstances intervene, and this is not possible. We will do our best.

After booking

Telephone and Online bookings are confirmed when we email our booking confirmation which will be less than 24 hours from receipt. Postal bookings can take a little longer to confirm as you may expect.

Changes can be made where availability allows. This may involve a date, extension or party make up change. Date changes to a booking must be made outside of the 42 day before arrival period. In certain circumstances alterations can be made to the date within the 42-day period to the discretion of the customer experience manager.

All cancellations must be in writing, via email/post. Please email to info@hemsbybelleaire.co.uk or letter to Belle Aire Holiday Park, Beach Road, Hemsby, NR29 4HZ. If your booking is within the next 7 days, please telephone immediately (01493 731164). When you cancel you will be responsible for the cost of the holiday as set out in our terms and condition.

The park is on the East Coast of Norfolk, On the right-hand side of beach road in the village of Hemsby

On arrival

Please bring your booking confirmation with you.

Arrivals can check in from 4pm. Prior arrangement of an early arrival is possible, and we do have limited early arrivals we can cater for so please speak to one of the team for availability. You are very welcome to use our park facilities, including the Clubhouse, Café and playground for the little ones should you arrive early.

If reception is closed on your arrival, your key (up to 11pm) will be available from the Club House (Club Belle) or pre-arranged collection point. After these times you will not be allowed access to the park until 8.00am the next day. Without notification of late arrival your booking will only be held until noon the day following the booked arrival date whereupon it may be re-let without notice. If we believe that you have vacated with no intention to return, we may also re-let without notice. You will not be entitled to a refund.

Checking-out

You must vacate you holiday booking by 10am on the day of departure – you are still welcome to use the park facilities after this.

We will be very pleased to help in this instance – just drop into café reception to discuss your dates and holiday requirements.

Facilities

Most of the facilities are free to use – on the main website there is an indication of the type of things you may have to pay extra for if we have special events on.

No, we do not have an ATM machine located on park.

FREE WIFI is available in Club Belle also WIFI is available in all our accommodations booked directly with us. Please bear in mind that being a costal location sometimes we can fluctuate with WIFI reception however the park supply is often very good.

We have a play park for the young ones and ask they are supervised at all times when playing. In the early evenings we have kids’ entertainment time, please check the schedule for activities and times.

Entertainment – (Please check our Schedule), bar meals and take away is open from Mar 1st – to Jan 14th.

About your caravan or chalet holiday home…

All of our caravans and chalets include Flat screen TV, free gas (If Caravan), electricity, towels, bed linen and WIFI. There are fitted kitchens with cookers, oven, grill and fridge/freezers; chalets have electric heaters and caravans both electric and wet system radiators. Bathrooms with shower and toilet, wet rooms for adapted units. Basic Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are supplied. You will have use of all park facilities. Highchairs are available for hire.

The caravan holiday homes are provided with sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets, covers, Bath towels, hand towels and bathmats. Bedding for cots are not provided.

Parking is available for one car next to caravan holiday homes and ample parking for a car in car parks next to the chalets.

No irons or boards these are available at request. Hairdryers are available in the accommodation.

Out and about

The bus stop is out of the Park on Beach Road.

There are several Taxi companies available. Please check your welcome pack for local taxi numbers.

Hemsby beach is about 5minutes walk from the park. As you exit the park turn right and follow the road down to the beach. The coastal path is to the left at the end of Beach Road. More about local beaches and paths can be found on our web page (link to beaches, walks etc).

Most beaches are dog friendly however during autumn/winter/spring months we have many seals on the beaches along the East Coast and dog owners are asked to take caution and keep very distant from them. More information about walks and wildlife can be found here. (Link to Seals info etc)

Great Yarmouth has a Large Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys, in the local area the village has a co-op or for essential items our on-park shop offers a good choice.
